Our beach car floated off and got caught on a fence row, our landlord's car traveled the same line but continued on to the river and finally landing in Anahola Bay. |

this is so heartbreaking for you and your hubby and for all of your Hawaii paradise.. unbelievable view from your deck, and your poor cars.. hope the rain stays away and allows for clean up. when i saw your post yesterday i feared for all the seals that live on your beaches. i know they live in the sea, but not this kind of sea.
ReplyDeleteHow devastating and incredibly sad. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers♥
ReplyDeleteSo very sorry for all of the destruction Val. Glad you and Ron are safe. John saw pics of the golf course he played on when we were there and it was flooded. I was having some blood pressure issues while we were there; glad we left when we did, otherwise I'd be having more issues.
ReplyDeleteHugs and prayers.

We cannot even imagine that kind of rain! When we were there some years back it rained really hard, flooding roads, etc. It was on the day we left so we didn't witness the rest of it but it was nothing like this! We hope everyone gets cleaned up and restored. We are glad your losses weren't worse!
ReplyDeleteHow awful and scary. So glad you are alright and only the cars were lost.
